It’s been a while. A long while. I have a longer post being prepared for next strip (yes, there will be updates from here on out), but the basic gist of things is I have lost the initial drive I had for the comic, and in light of recent situational changes (mostly my shiny new job!) I have been unable to set aside the time I needed to to stay up-to-date with things here.

The strips coming up are some of our best (my favorite is mixed in there), keep checking back, tell everyone there will be more updates, and as I said there will be a longer post detailing where Andrew and I are at as far as this comic goes.

Religion!

I think I need to start my own religion/cult/get-rich-quick-scheme soon, because a Playstation 3 + Metal Gear Solid 4 is quite a lot of dough. Money dough. Something I do not have nearly enough of. If only I could enjoy the luxurious lifestyle of a Lee Raymond, or perhaps that of an affluent, alcoholic housewife. Shit, I could buy six PS3s and Metal Gear Solid 8!  Sadly, I am an unemployed working stiff, chasing the silvery unicorn-tail known as the American Dream.

Well, that just about does it as far as this post goes.

We went with a new “style” today, kinda. I hope you enjoy. PhotoShop is up and working, so updates will continue on our normal schedule. The update next Wednesday will be quite grand, as will the Wednesday after that. That doesn’t mean Sunday’s won’t be good. Everything is good here.

In other news, I think I’m going to be a Barista Boy again very soon. However I will, be working for Stuckups. I sell out too easy.

Anyone that knows me is aware of my sick, sick obsession/fascination with ice cream. This constant mental preoccupation with the sweet treat has finally manifested itself in the comic, as I knew it someday would. If you don’t like ice cream, you have no right to bask in my glorious presence, so beat it.

Aaaaaaaaand we’re back. I had to take the week off for various reasons, but now it’s over and done with so on with the show.

I had something written here about how my mouse was fucking up, and how much I hated it for clicking random buttons and throwing itself to each side of the screen randomly. Then it took the liberty of deleting that post as I clicked “Save”. Point is, fuck my mouse. It is making things exceedingly difficult for me.

 Too soon?

Ever seen an elephant with a bike? Of course you haven’t, and this is why.

Last night I played dice with our new landlord and various other folks. I was quite inebriated. After such a fun weekend, this week promises to be good. I’m hoping to hear back from a few different jobs I put in my resume at, and maybe (just maybe) I won’t be a bum with an apartment, instead turning into a productive member of society. Though, unemployment is very fun… woe is work. Have a good week.

I fucking hate Garfield. This is not a very subtle satire, is it? In fact, I’m not positive this qualifies as satire. There’s no joke in this comic, unfortunately, just like in the piece of shit it is lampooning, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.
